2 PCNs on the same day!! - Congestion Charging and Ultra Low Emission Zone

Please somebody help me!!! I have to pay Ł160.00 according to the Mayor of London! I just forgot to pay the Congestion Charge and had no idea this Ultra-Low Emission charge existed!!! Heeeelp! It was on the 7th of August on Great Cumberland Place, I just didn't know, I know, I should know better, please somebody help me to challenge these 2 PCNs. The reason I went to Central London by car is because of my parents, they don't want me to travel by underground, and now I get these 2 PCNs that are actually more expensive than my car. Any help, something I really really would be grateful forever. Thank you
