  • Contract payment terms issue

    Hi,

I have used SwarbLaw a few time, which has now closed, so was pointed here, but it's not really clear whether this is a UK forum.

Anyway, I am an IT limited company contractor and I have been forced to work via a job agency with a rather bizarre contract (through-out) and a strange payment term that mean I have no idea when I will get paid.

I invoice them monthly, I have to, otherwise they can't figure out out to pay me. I have worked via them since December last year and I normally get paid 5 - 12 weeks after invoicing them.

The intro text to the forum says to post a brief description in the welcome forum to be pointed to the right section, so where do I post a full description of this issue, please?

    Thanks
