Security Guard HIT'S A Woman Customer !!!!

Today about an hour ago me and my hubby went into Tesco's at Bath Row in Birmingham, to get a few things and while we was in there the security guard starts calling me a "BITCH and a SLAG" and I didn't like what the security guard was calling me so I slapped him in his face and then he hit me back in the back of my head and the manager didn't even say anything to the security guard and he should get the fired for hitting a customer and calling a customer horrible nasty names.

I guess a bit more information is needed, as to what started the problem in the first place, there has to be a reason why the security started the name-calling.
