Hi I have recently received a £100 car parking fine for parking in an Iceland car park after hours. It was our silver wedding anniversary and we were going for a meal to celebrate and chose this car park as it was out of hours, no barriers etc. I would like to appeal as I was displaying a blue badge (free parking for County residents) and it was the closest car park we could find. The time of entry was 18.44.25 and we left at 21.51.27. Please advise.

Private car parks do not have to provide free parking for blue badge holders and most don't.
edit your post so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred, use "the driver ......." etc
Post up the Notice to Keeper you received, suitably redacted but leave dates. Use a hosting site such as imgur and put the link on here. An image of the sign would help.
It's not a fine, it's an invoice for an alleged breach of contract
