    We have been awarded a significant sum by the ombudsman services but the business is refusing to pay it to us. What do we go?

    You need to convert the award into a court order.
    Do this by using either Form N322A or Form N322B depending on your award

      Can we use this form for the ombudsman services or is it so for FOS ombudsman only.

            like you said we just need to convert the award to a court order. One last question what is the difference between the two forms ?

              Form B is used if the award was conditional

                Thank you so much for your help. The relief is enormous that we don’t have to start from the beginning via the small claims court and we can get a with our lives again.
                It’s been a long hard 3 years.
                spent with no heating because of this individual.
