    I have a county court judgment against me in 2018 I have now paid it and wish for it to be removed is there a consent which can be signed by the claimant for them to agree for the judgment to be set aside and therefore be removed from the registered

    Hello, County Court Judgments stay on your file for 6 years. Payment of the debt is considered an admission so if you wanted it removed then you shouldn't have paid it. What you are trying to do is repair your credit file and if the Courts catch wind of what you are doing, they will not allow it.

    There are however, some successful cases like yours, I would suggest doing a search of the forum to find some of those threads that might assist you.
