DA sealing exculpatory evidence

My son and I have been charged with 6 counts each felony animal abuse. The DA has sealed all the tapes made of our Hearing, the Sherriffs body cams, the content of my sons phone, and confiscated our tax, vet, feed bills, health records, and personal records. The DA refuses to return these records, or to allow us to use them to defend ourselves. Without this evidence, we are screwed. What can we do?
