  • Parking Charge

    Hello
Good evening, l am looking for advice on a parking charge, l received yesterday in the post, the Company name is HighView Parking . It is a charge notice, with a printed image of my car, entering & leaving Treliske Retail Park , it notes my time of entry 11.48 and Leaving 15.21. a over stay of 1 hour 33 mins with a fine of £100. Or if l pay now the charge would be reduced to£60.
l walked into the the site today , and l must say the signage in place from High View Parking is limited at the must, on the day of parking , we spent a considerable amount of money In two outlets, Currys and Homebase.
Because of the Covid 19 restrictions , queuing and the longer process for service, things took a longer time then normal
could someone advise on the question of signage, l am not saying we overstayed intentionally, but more the fact we were caught in a trap by High View Parking
    any advise would be welcome

Edit so that the driver cannot be inferred.

Into Currys and Homebase with the receipts and complain that the driver spent money on the stores and can do without this charge. Talk to manager not the help desk.

Unfortunately there seems to be 2 in your face signs as you come into the car park giving the 90 minute restriction.

Post up the redacted PCN but leave dates. Both sides. Use a hosting site such as imgur and post the link on here
