Hi sorry to start another thread as I can see a thread has been made about this vile scum company. My question is did they actually take anyone to court as I I’ve read loads of comments on here getting the same letters I am getting now but back in feb. I’ve responded to loads of the letters but they just point blank ignore them and keep threatening me with court action. I closed this claim back in 2015 and now they want me to pay £2400 in costs. Any advise with previous people would be much appreciated.
