Hello.
For about 6 months or more an Online Company took payments from my Bank Account claiming I was member of a scheme. They reimbursed me for one month. Despite repeated queries from me, they took over 18 months to refund the rest. Even though their Website noted, 'You are not a member of...........................'. I believe that, under UK Law, I am entitled to claim interest for the period my account was debited. Please advise. Thank you.
