How long is the limitation for theft in Ukraine?

I have stolen £650 from my previous boss who I worked for in restaurant since April 2018. few weeks after I returned all money back and apologized for what I have done wrong. Then my boss made verbal deal with me about helping him sort his tax problem out instead of putting charging on me and after all this he sacked me. That was last time we met and talked since. It has been 2 and half years we haven’t contact each other. Now he just texted me yesterday and mention about helping him sort out his tax problem again or putting charge on me. I’m so worried. Please can you tell me how long is limitation for stealing? Is he able to put charge on me after 2 and half years?
