i sold my car few days before, i have insurance on that car, but i purchased a new car from copart delivered to my house got it repaired, i went online to change it a few days ago but, the company website didn't allow me and it asked me to call them, but due to covid 19 most of company close or they hardly respond to telephone calls, as i was turning into my road i was stopped in front of my house. I told them I have insurance, on the side note I went to the hospital which is 0.5mile i wasn't feeling well, it was the start of outbreak covid19 i was then advised to call NHS111, I also I have the certificate of covid19 to proof. now they send me single justice procedure notice to pledge guilty or not guilty. please give me some legal advise as i can not afford to pay the fines and get the points in my license.

Driving uninsured is an absolute offence, and there are very few defences available.
