TM legal, PERCH, GAIN LLC

My partner received a county court claim form with regards to a loan taken out with Gain Credit LLC, which he has apparently failed to maintain regular payments.
It states that the claimant issued a letter of claim,

My partner has no idea what this is, he has never received any correspondence from TM Legal, Perch or GAIN Credit and there is no loan on his credit report.

Any advice would be most welcome!
