  • Building Regs Document E

Hello, all. Does anyone know about building regs please? We live in a first floor flat of an Edwardian conversion - converted in the ‘60s/‘70s - and would like to know if our floor needs to meet the requirements of Document E. We’ve been getting noise complaints from our downstairs neighbours since our son started toddling 8 months ago. We’re happy to get soundproofing done but need to know where we stand legally re: building regs.
    Many thanks.
