Link Financial Barclaycard CCA Response

Hi forumites,

I received this response from Link regarding an historic debt owed to Barclaycard. Does it mean the debt is now enforceable? It says it is a reconstituted agreement and there is no date on the agreement?

I previously posted this and people suggested it was not legit but I can't find my old thread and Link have now got in touch again.
