    Can stepmom claim property after remarried?

    Ok so my ex step mom wants to claim my fathers boat that is only in his name. After she has remarried. He died 2013, she remarried 2016. Now she wants a boat I have had. It’s still in my fathers name*

    Some questions first, following which there will be more depending on the answers!
    When your father passed away, was he married to your stepmother?
    Did he leave a will or die intestate?
    Was probate applied for?
