Hi, hoping for some advice please. I recently emailed the finance company to request voluntary termination. I’m more than 50% and don’t have defaults but wasn’t sure how long I’d have a job for (airline employee). I was offered some help from family to maintain the monthly payments and called SMF to ask to have the voluntary termination revoked but they refused without giving a reason. Nothing in their limited documentation says anything about not being able to reverse my decision, it being voluntary! Is there anything I can do? Appreciate any help and thanks in advance.

Nope. If you've given notice to terminate you can't take it back. They would have to issue a new contract for you and there's no obligation on them to do that since it was your choice to terminate in the first place.If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need.
