  • 'Example letter requesting consent' on the set aside application page not working.

    Hi,
    *
I was wondering if someone could please help. I am trying to access the*‘Example letter requesting consent’ This would be consent to set aside a CCJ under CPR 13.3 that I intend to draft and edit in order for the claimant who is Lowell to hopefully sign. The link on the set aside webpage for the template doesn’t seem to be working.

    Thanks in advance

I've attached two examples, which I think this is what you're looking for.*

The 2018 version is the older version, and the other one is a more recent version I've been working on.*
