    I wonder what they have to investigate if you have informed them properly.
    You will probably have a fight.. just don't let them distract you.

      There contacting the garage who done the repairs, are they in your opinion here to help me or dealer.*

        They help themselves!
        They should refund you and in turn claw back the money they paid the dealer.
