CST law /euro car parks

First time poster so apologies if this has been covered .. today I got a letter from CST Law as the agent for euro car parks to recover £435 ... there is no reference to the parking issue when , where ect so don’t really know what it’s for , however I did get a parking penalty from private eye ( crown wharf Walsall ) over 5 years ago that I didn’t pay as that was the general consensus back then , do you think that this is about that ?? But it says euro car parks so I’m confused
any help appreciated

If it was PE they would have handled it themselves. Letter to CST demanding more information as you have no recollection of this alleged debt, which you deny.

Does the letter give any indication of a ECP reference?

A SAR to ECP is called for to see if they can provide documentation.
