Hi, very long story short..... I agreed to a charge against my property when divorcing my ex, with normal payment triggers. Due to non payment of agreed sums by him, the sum for payment was drastically reduced and the charging order was discharged. However, my ex will not remove the charge, and the terminology of the court order does not allow HM Land Registry to remove the charge. I don't know what to do, and really need some help. Everything I read relates to debt, and setting aside, however this isn't my particular situation. Can someone please help me?
