  • Parking eye - retail park

I received a parking fine via the post after going to the Cambridge retail park Beehive Centre . They have a policy of 3hr parking . I went over by 28 minutes
I’d spent the whole time spending money in the shops ! I’ve appealed and shown proof of purchases made .

Has anyone else had this problem , I accept I went over by 28 minutes but I was spending money in the shops !! I also moved the car from one space to another at one point ( probably doesn’t count )

So have you complained to the shops? Does the notice mention Protect of Freedoms Act on the reverse?

Edit so the identity of the driver cannot be inferred
