Problems with a joint mortgage

Hi there ive just separated from my partner of 20 years in February this year we had a joint mortgage together. Ive just come to the end of a three month payment holiday this month and my mortgage has gone out as normal yesterday but unfortunately my ex-partner has not paid me the half that she owes this month we are no longer on talking terms and she is not replying to any correspondence I’ve sent regarding the mortgage. My ex is sent the same documents from my mortgages supplier as me so she should know that she needs to pay im just wondering what action I can take to guarantee that she pays her half in the future many thanks Malc
