Joint Mortgage

Hi there ive just separated from my partner of 20 years in February this year we have a joint mortgage together. ive just finished my three month payment holiday this month due to the corona virus.my mortgage has gone out as normal this month my ex partner has not payed me the half that she owes this month we are no longer talking and she is not replying to any correspondence ive sent regarding the mortgage she is sent the same documents from my mortgage company as me so she should know that she needs to pay im just wondering what action i can take to guarantee that she pays her half in the future many thanks Malcolm Fitzgerald
