Request for documents

My app to set aside default judgement of under £10,000 was successful re a very old credit card alleged debt. I have 7 days to file a defence, but have not received any copy document ie agreement, assignment. Case has not yet been allocated to a track but not sure what I should do ie make a request under CPR 31.14 or just file a defence making no admissions and indicating documents are required from the Claimant. Can anyone suggest a course of action?

what is the reason for set aside request ? you would need a reason to substantiate the request i.e. original N1 court form not received and you have just found out or a similar occurrence** or delivered to old address?
