Hello, my neighbours have had scaffolding erected over our property and butted onto our walls without asking permission.*

What is the purpose of the scaffolding?
Is it for maintenance or a new build or....???
Could they get an order under the Access to Neighbouring land Act?

Well at the moment* they are trespassing.
If you want it removed, first ask them
If they refuse then tell them
If they still refuse make a court application ordering them to remove it.

Or come to an arrangement with them*
e'g a properly drawn up agreement for a set period at a set cost
