18 months ago my ex partner and I both owed each other money and agreed on the sale of a property, he has refused to sell the property and also refused to take a charging order off my property he is in breach of the Tomlin Order but I am not what can I do. Can I ask the courts for him to pay me the £46k judgment I had against him but agreed not to act on it as he has broken the agreement or is it just asking the courts to force him to carry out what he agreed to?
