Debenhams PPI

Hi, new to this do please bear with me. I claimed ppi on a Debenhams card I had from 1985 to 2010. I wracked up a fair amount on it but was always able to pay at least the minimum amount each month. Santander rejected my claim so I sent it the ombudsman. An adjudicator upheld their claim in January this year but again Santander/Debenhams rejected it so it was forwarded on to an ombudsman who will have the final say. I don’t think it’s even been looked at yet but wondered if anyone else had had a similar scenario and what the chances are.*
