Following a* DISUTE WITH A TENANT A Tomlin Order was created. Under part 2 of its schedule it stated that "The tenancy shall end on the 28th February 2018". Subsequently the tenant has refused to leave and he now owes a considerable amount for unpaid rent and utilities. Do I need to seek another couret order such as a section 8 or request the court to order him to leave under the terms of the Tomlin Order, and then persue the debt?
