Hi LegalBeagles, Ive got a car on a* 2 year lease* through Vanarama and the car was supplied by Arval Car Leasing. The lease expired at the end of May and due to 'Corona Virus' they have not collected the car. I've taken a picture of the mileage as per their website instructions and the insurance also finished in May. I have emailed and tried to contact them but they never return calls* The car is stuck on my driveway and due to building works it needs to be removed.* Am I* legally allowed to move it onto the public highway* and if the car gets damaged who is responsible?

Re leaving car on road read this thread from post 6 https://legalbeagles.info/forums/for...owner-deceased
It is not a course of action I would recommend, but there are other points of view!
