  • Withholding inheritance

My sister is the administrator of our mothers estate. She gained letters of administration without telling myself of my two brothers. Our mother passed away in 2010 leaving 2 properties. One was sold in 2013 and the majority of the proceeds were distributed. In October 2019 my sister undersold the second property which was also a business that I ran with my mother and alone since her passing. Because I objected to the low price that she was willing to sell the property for she had me evicted and forced the closure of my business.
she sold the property regardless of our objections even after having an offer of £65.000 more and refusing the higher offer. She sent us some dodgy looking accounts and her solicitor has charged more than £70.000 in legal costs. We requested sight of bank statements and documents relating to the Estate and she went silent then made a police report for harassment because I was sending her emails a couple of times a week and was taken in for questioning under caution and am now waiting on CPS decision. We have asked the solicitor to provide evidence of the deed of appropriation that she claimed was used for the sale of the first property, the solicitor has now gone silent and I have since found out from the land registry that there never was a deed of appropriation and that my sister put the property in her sole name. Sorry for the rant but I have exhausted all my money trying to fight the eviction. If anyone out there who has any advice it would be much appreciated.
