I have been reading up on setting aside a CCJ and believe I can do this. The link to an example letter for a consent order doesn't seem to work. Can anyone help me with a consent letter please?

The above should be sufficient to set aside a CCJ, you obviously need to tailor any templates to your own requirements, and to set out your own terms, but the above is how to set it outIN THE COUNTY COURT BUSINESS CENTREClaim No:

CONSENT ORDER
UPON the Court noting that the Defendant did not receive the Claim form.
AND UPON the Court noting that the Defendant paid the outstanding judgment debt as soon as she became aware of the Judgment
AND UPON the parties having agreed terms of settlement

IT IS ORDERED THAT:- Judgment entered in default dated ................... is hereby set aside
- The Claim is dismissed
