Can anyone here help me with an application to obtain a default judgement?? No defense to my counterclaim has been received within the deadline and no supporting evidence to their own initial claim has ever been received. However i have received a general judgement or order for a preliminary hearing sent prior to response deadline. As there has been no dispute or denial to my counterclaim and no supporting evidence received from MM i believe this to be an appropriate course of action???
