    Divorce on Unreasonable Behaviour after having been separated for a year

    My friend is filing for a divorce after they split up almost a year ago and have lived separately since. The guidance for unreasonable behaviour cites the grounds must have occurred within the last six months. How can she provide examples if all the examples were over six months ago when they were living together?
