    Covid 19 grant

    My business partner has resigned earlier than are verbal contract 20th June she's now leaving to day 12th June .and wants to split everything to day .including the covid 19 grant . Ive been advised of other paid forums that the covid 19 is not profit . It's for the business while dealing with covid 19. But she has had an account draw something up that I haven't agreed to , including the grant as profit and we both get 50-50 . I was told it was a breach of the turns and conditions on her behalf as she dissolved her share and new this before applying for the grant . Is this correct ? thanks*
