Hello i bought a static caravan in 2017 for £45000 my income was less then £25000 ! since then i have sold my house because the payments got too much and we moved into the caravan and also since then i got diagnosed with cancer and myself and my wife have split up in 2020 ! this made me look through the* finance paperwork and on this the salesman has put my income down as £75000 ! this information was not on any paperwork i signed ! and also since then in 2019 the salesman handed himself into the police for fraud and this is an ongoing case. would i have an argument for miss selling with Barclays. Thank You
