  • 2 x*Letter Before Claim letters from Excel Parking

    Hi,

I have received 2 x Letter Before Claim letters from Excel Parking. They are trying to recover 2 x £160 for PCNs dated 10/2017 and 11/2017.
These PCNs were a while ago, i don't rememberer receiving them or if i attempted to appeal them. I dont remember getting any other correspondence from Excel Parking over the last couple years regarding these two PCNs.

What should be my next steps on fighting these 2 PCNs?
I have already sent a SARs to Excel Parking asking for data held against me

if its just a letter of claim rather than a county court claim, then you should be asking for disclosure of the parking tickets, the notice to keeper relied up and whatever you do dont tell them who the driver was

Send a SAR to the Excel to demand all the documents they hold about you and your car
