Boundary dispute

Please can anyone help my neighbour has attached hanging baskets to my front Fence in the back garden a washing line has been fixed to my fence post also lights have been attached to my fence panels boards have been drilled down to stop being able to lift them out for maintenance what can I do about it.

If they are your fences ask him to remove the items he has attached
