I am enquiring as to whether a loan agreement is legally binding for the borrower when signatures are via Docusign and there is 1 small error in the agreement? The document was created by LawDepot.co.uk and signed via Docusign. I have noticed 1 small error in the document. Correct dates are used throughout but 1 date is accidentally written as 2010 when it should be 2020, the same date is covered in the agreement correctly as 2020 so it is quite clear what the date should be. There has (possibly) been an attempt by the borrower to make the agreement void.
