  • Worried executer

Hi, I am new to this site. I am glad i have foynd it. I am hoping someone can give me advise. My step dad passed in March. I am executer along with my sons. There is a genetic son. He was living in camper van in europe when his dad passed. I have been main carer etc. I was left the main bulk if estate. He was left the car. Which he has had the money for already. He is now camped out on front garden of the property. I live 150 miles away from it. He is causing issues with the neighbour. He has reported me to royal mail for diverting post illegally. He has refused to let gardener cut the grass which us now a foot long. Probate isnt sorted due to lock down. What are my rights to have him removed. When grant of probate hasnt been issued yet. I do not know if he is contesting will. I thank you for any help you can offer

To add, contacted utilities today, they have closed the electricity account, but because step brother is camped on garden but hooked to house for electric, they have changed the bill to his name, now i am worried having a utilities bill in his name will cause further issues in the future
