Windsor mint have taken 4 x 52.94 from my account for coins i did not order and now are trying to make me pay twice for the same coins they refuse to give a refund for a coin returned saying that they never charged for it in the first place for 2 of the coins. they have also tried to get me to pay for coins twice by sending more remittances My bank statements show different. and so does the fraud team in my bank. Never be tempted to buy from these rip offs.

I did not order these coins from them but did order a £10 coin some time ago by phone and requested that they did not retain my bank details. i have never signed anything. These coins have been arriving since February from them. I had a stroke in november and all of my paperwork was shelved until i could deal with it. Now i see just how much they have taken. Mine is a single account.
