ige been reading your thread for the last few weeks. I used your template letter and spoke with Renault today to get the ball rolling after sending the letter and email 7 days ago. I received a pack via email, detailing the charges to VT, tried to tell me that I am allowed 20000 miles up until now, to which I have 25000 so will incur a charge of 8p per mile. Which paperwork if any do I sign? And do I have to pay the mileage charge? Any help would be greatly received,
