I have been in a relationship for 3 years during the relationship i became pregnant , during my pregnancy my partner cheated (jan) on me we decided to try and make it work we then split in august of 2019. At first things were ok . My ex partner stopped paying any form of maintenance in Nov due to his financial difficulties which i did agree to in the short term , he has not paid anything since. He has had 1 contact visit in with my son since the start of lock down, due to his work which he is a photography assistant so could easily follow safe social distancing guide lines. He is being emotionally and verbally abusive to me . I have informed him i do not wish to have any contact with him and he can pick our son up from my Mum which he agreed to. He has bought a small 2 seater sports car which i dont feel is a safe form of transport for a 1 year old child. I just need some advice as where to go from here and what i can do to calm things i dont want my son to be stuck in the middle of this toxic mess
