I recently looked at my credit report and found a large CCJ against my name...I know it must have been served at my previous address after I moved out.On my credit file it just has a reference number....does anyone know please 1. Can I have this set aside because service was at the wrong address 2. How do I find out what it is for? Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated since the reason we had to move was my wife suffered a horrible accident ...brain injury etc and this CCJ could potentially render us homeless...since if we move no one would take us as tenants I assume. Thanks
