Named On A Gravestone

Hi, I have this morning seen that my name is mentioned on my deceased parents Gravestone, this I knew nothing about and something I am really mad about, I thought the very least I would be asked, my Parents Diss owned me as a young child, and to find that I have been added to their Gravestone really upsets me, there was Never any Love or thought towards myself or me to them & yet this act has been done without my knowledge,, What can I do about getting my name taken off...
