  • Debt collector Trace issuing letters before AIS have have heard my appeal

PCM decided to issue me a PCN. They rejected my appeal of loading after deciding I parked there. The IAS have given me a date to appeal to them. PCM have already started debt collecting tactics with TRACE. I didn’t think they could chase a debt until the AIS had delivered their own verdict. Any suggestions as I think PCM have shot themselves in the foot.

Because they know that IAS will reject your appeal

Are PCM under any obligation to IAS or can they proceed as they see fit? Is there a legal procedure to these invoices they send out and trying to enforce them?
