  • Trader stolen money

Hello, I posted a while ago, about a plaster who had stolen £350 off me. I have instructed bailiffs and they were unable to enter his property. I have tried a third party debt order, which was denied through court, due to hardship with Covid 19. Is there any other way I can get my money back? I feel like it’s more a principal of money being taken. He has a judgement against him which effects his credit but still has no intention of paying. Any help would be brilliant.

    Hi there

Sadly due to the current covid 19 outbreak bailiffs are not attending hone addresses to enforce writs. As a result enforcement is proving difficult.

Has he made any offers of payment? if not then it seems to me you are going to have to play the long game. Bankruptcy doesnt appear to be an option, and youve tried third party debt order, so sadly there is little more you can do.
