Contractual Parking Charge Notice whilst store was closed

Hi - I have received a CPCN from G24, a fine of £100 for parking on the Argos car park in Burnley - date 7 May 2020 for 15 mins. The store is closed due to Covid 19 and I was shopping at a small store alongside the car park. I have a picture of the sign on the car park which states that there is 60 minutes free parking. I have read advice on other forums to 'ignore' this and on other forums they have received confirmation of parking from the store. I cannot do this as the store is closed.

Any advice would be welcome.

Edit your post so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred, use "the driver....." etc.

Post up the redacted PCN, but leave dates.

Basically you used the car park for shopping at a shop adjoining the car park and did not break any of the conditions. There was a pathway to the other business.

Hi Ostell - I can't seem to upload the photo that I have redacted in a larger format - the message I get is that it is too large to attach. I have tried adding it from my photo album but it is still too large and I can't seem to be able to upload a PDF version.

I can't see the one I posted yesterday - sorry about that.

Do you have any other suggestions - I am not sure how to do this from my phone, to my pc and then upload to here.
