Hello I have just ask for a voluntary termination from the above company I have been reading about the voluntary term action pack they are sending for me to sign ,if this a legal requirement or just something they want me to to waiver my right I am reluctant to sign it and the say I have to keep my direct debt active ,which I have cancelled ,I have paid them money to bring it up to the 50% mark,hopefully you can advice me

Just to be clear, you don't request to voluntarily terminate, it is a legal entitlement and so as long as you comply with the criteria, there's nothing more you have to do.
