Hi I have just phone Barclays finance about voluntary termination of my car I got it 2018 and due to ill health I have to return it ,and I and worried about this termination pack they are sending ,legally do I have I have to sign it or like some forums are saying does this terminate my legal rights ,I have also cancelled my direct debit which they said I need to keep paying ,but I have paid them money which takes me to the fifty %. .i hope you can help
